COURT ORDERS GOVERNOR OF ABIA STATE TO VACATE OFFICE


The Governor of Abia state , Okezie Ikpeazu has been ordered by federal high court ,Abuja to vacate office.
Ikpeazu was told to vacate office due to false information given to his party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the party's governorship primary in December 2014.
Thev federal high court also ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue certificate of return to Uche Ogah, the complaint.
